Lisa has over 16 years experience in Public Relations and Publicity Strategy for consumer brands. Lisa not only knows what consumers want but most importantly, knows how to create PR campaigns that are of interest to media that then reaches consumers and educates them on the unique qualities of the brand. In 2009, Lisa managed the publicity team responsible for launching the Colgate WISP and led the charge in securing over 30 media placements in top women’s lifestyle and beauty magazines, over 200 blogs and repeated features on broadcast TV both nationally and locally. “There is nothing more satisfying than opening a new box of cosmetics, a fragrance or lotion. With over 20 years of beauty industry experience in the Canadian marketplace, Cynthia has forged excellent relationships with brands, clients and retailers alike. Working for globally renowned Companies such as Lancôme, L’Oréal, Estée Lauder, Esprit de Corps, and StriVectin, Cynthia has been involved in all aspects of business and brand development. In addition to the Beauty industry, Cynthia also holds the position of President and CEO of her own award winning Day Spa.
Phaedra is a medical esthetician and certified medical electrologist with a degree in natural health with a concentration in paramedical skin care. In her 10 years in the industry Phaedra has worked in the spa industry, for a plastic surgeon, and currently she works for a top dermatologist. Phaedra also specializes in skin care training. She occasionally appears on the Daily Buzz discussing various skin care topics. Phaedra serves as an excellent resource on all matters skin related.
With over 10 years experience in financial analysis and reporting, Brad specializes in financial report generation, business analytics, and business plan development. In addition, Brad has an extensive experience in the operational aspects of business. These skills include inventory management, logistics, compliance, and vendor management. Brad has the knowledge and skills necessary to analyze your business results and develop a plan to improve the performance of your business. During his 7 yrs at StriVectin, Brad led several collaborative efforts, with over 60 major retailers, to improve operating efficiencies, increase profitability, and strengthen compliance with vendor requirements and regulations. Prior to that, Brad held financial positions at AT&T. Brad holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Utah and a MBA from Westminster College. He also has a Certificate in Entrepreneurship.
